It is with pleasure that we write this reference in support of the fabulous care that residents receive at Abbeylawn on the third floor. It is so wonderful to see the change in our mother since she moved in. Not only is she receiving outstanding physical care, but she is consistently happy and upbeat.

The warmth of the staff has been palpable from the start, and our mom clearly feels valued and well cared for. Even in Covid times, she remains full of stories and excitement when we speak with her. She has also been inspired to exercise.

We have also been impressed with the protocols put in place at Abbeylawn Manor to keep their residents safe. It has offered us peace of mind in trying times. We know she is receiving the same level of care a family member would want to give, with the added insight and expertise to meet all of her needs. She was living with us for 27 years. We hated the idea of putting her into a home, yet we have not had one moment of regret in choosing Abbeylawn. It is a special place.
